Moderated experiences
Clients can submit a rating and their own experience. Reviews remain pending until owner moderation; reviewer contact emails are not published.
Honest ratings
Public ratings come only from approved reviews. The directory does not invent testimonials, import directory reviews or add placeholder stars. A review is not a guarantee of results.
Corrections and updates
Lawyers and authorized staff can request profile updates through the submission form. A claim does not itself establish endorsement or create a replacement profile.
